Shipping
Processing time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days (48 business hours) (under normal volume).
Tracking: You’ll get a tracking email once your order ships (tracking can take 24–48 hours to update).
Delivery estimates (after shipping):
Standard: 3–7 business days
Expedited (if available): 2–3 business days

Returns & Exchanges
Return window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
How to start a return: Email Sales@bigchatosapparel.com
with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect.
Refunds: Once approved and received/inspected, refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
Final sale: Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email Sales@bigchatosapparel.com
within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue (item + packaging + label). We’ll make it right.
